NOTE: I was creating the tea chart late at night and there wasn't room to list ingredients. But the attributes are based on the ingredients in the teas and what has been found to be healing about them.
For example, chocolate and stress and cortisol. Cinnamon and depression and self confidence. Etc.
And this is just a partial list.
Should have added lavender and chamomile - both very soothing and comforting. Lavender is said to feel like a mother's hug, and I believe it helps with depression, too. Chamomile is a nervous tension and anxiety soother.
